Event Checklist
When sending out the contract for your event Westpoint also include a pack that gives details about conditions of hire, additional services, health & safety, and an organiser’s guide to local services.
Below is a quick reference check list of things to do and forms to complete before staging your event here.
- Have you read, signed and returned the conditions of use to Westpoint?
- Have you submitted a to-scale floor plan?
- Have you submitted a risk assessment for your event at Westpoint? (See the risk assessment forms download)
- Have you submitted a valid copy of your public liability insurance certificate(with an indemnity limit of not less than two million pounds (£2,000,000.00))?
- Have you notified Westpoint of any additional services you require? (See additional services and charges download)
- Have you notified Westpoint of any deliveries for your event, arriving before your hire period?
- Have you spoken to the University of Exeter and Mark Cocker Catering about catering arrangements during your event? Click here for their contact details.

- Have you submitted text for the Westpoint what's on mailout, email and website?
