This event is a unique blend of south west speciality, with flavours from farther afield provides buyers from the region and beyond, with the opportunity to network with colleagues, taste the diverse range of food and drink products on offer, keep abreast with latest industry developments and secure unique and highly desirable ranges for their establishments!
The trade show welcomes buyers from a broad base: retail outlets such as delicatessens and farm shops, supermarkets and tourist attractions. Hospitality and food service; from cafes, restaurants, hotels, pubs and guest houses, to procurements within public sector organisations such as schools and hospitals. More than 2000 people attended the 2011 event.
