Westpoint has ample, free parking on site. The majority of parking is on hard standing and approximately no more than 500m from the arena. Entering and exiting the site is easy, but during events, such as concerts, with over 3,000 cars on site we aim to clear the site of all vehicles within a maximum time of 1 hour and 15 minutes.
The Ivington Restaurant is located at the back of the arena, providing hot and cold meals, light snacks and refreshments throughout the day.
Outside catering facilities are also available at selected shows. This includes hot and cold refreshments, hot and cold snacks and sweet temptations.
NB it is at the event organisers discretion whether these facilities will be in operation during their show.
Disabled parking is available on site. If possible please display your disabled parking badge.
Westpoint Arena is on the level, therefore easily accessible for wheelchairs.
There are four disabled toilets on site, two near the front foyer and two in the rear foyer, near the restaurant.
There is a baby changing area near the front foyer.
There is a medical centre located at the rear of the arena (near the restaurant), that provides first aid.
First aid provision is the responsibility of the event organiser, it is ensured that there is adequate cover during events at Westpoint.
A public pay phone is located in the front foyer.
