The Conference Room
The self contained Conference Room is 400m2 which can seat up to 300 people theatre style, with enough space for registration and catering to take place in the same room. There is natural daylight, a cloakroom and exclusive toilets. With no “fixed points” the room is flexible and can accommodate a large number of conference set-ups. There is also outside space available for complementary activities such as demonstrations or displays.
To ensure you only pay for what is required we offer a delegate package or a room only fee.
The delegate rate offers excellent value for money. It includes room hire, catering by the University of Exeter, PA & AV equipment, provided by Warwick Corporate Events, suitable for the size of the audience and a technician during the conference. Wi-fi is also available at an additional charge.
